Having been my first commercial client, I've had plenty of practice shooting photos for Tentsile--an innovative, fun-loving, easy going group of engineers and friends who love trees and love camping and decided to do something about it.
From the forests of the Pacific Northwest to the deserts of Arizona and California and many mountain ranges in between, much of my joy in working with Tentsile has come from the simple fun of sleeping, playing, and being creative high off the ground.
Like little spaceships floating in the night sky, or the treeforts of childhood, Tentsile tents evoke a visceral response from campers who enjoy them. I've tried to capture those feelings in these photographs and portray an essence of joy, fun, and wonder.
